Penguin Enchantress

Hey everyone. It's Sam again. This is my card for the Lacy Sunshine Challenge Blog. The theme for this challenge is "Winds of Change". I used the image  Penguin Enchantress. I hope you like my card, I had a lot of fun coloring it.
